How much does a Keepsake Site cost?
Our Celebration plan is $149 one-time for graduations, birthdays, and anniversaries. Our Season plan is $169 for sports teams and season recaps. Our Memorial plan is $169 + $19/year after the first year for lasting tributes. No monthly subscriptions on any plan.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most sites are ready for review within 3-5 business days after we receive your photos and details. Need it faster? Our rush delivery add-on ($49) gets it done in 24-48 hours.
What photos should I send?
Send us your favorites — we recommend at least 10-15 photos for a great gallery. High resolution is best, but phone photos work fine too. We'll handle all the cropping, sizing, and optimization.
How long does my site stay live?
Celebration sites stay live for 6 months, Season sites for 12 months, and Memorial sites stay live indefinitely. After the live period, all plans include a permanent static archive you can keep forever. You can extend the live period for $49 per 6 months.
Can guests leave messages on my site?
Yes! Every site includes an interactive guestbook. When someone leaves a message, you get a notification and can approve or reject it before it appears on the site. This keeps everything appropriate and spam-free.
How do people find my site?
We provide a shareable link and a QR code. You can text the link, share it on social media, or print the QR code on table cards and posters for your event. We include printable templates with your order.
Can I password-protect my site?
Yes, password protection is free on all plans. Just tell us you'd like it and we'll set it up. You share the password with your invited guests.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Yes. One round of revisions is included with every plan. Need additional changes? Just email us — minor updates like adding photos or fixing text are usually quick and free.
Do I need a domain name?
No. Your site gets a free subdomain (e.g., sarah-graduation.keepsakesites.com). If you'd like a custom domain (e.g., sarahgraduates.com), we can set that up for $29 + ~$12/year for the domain registration.
What happens if I want to add an RSVP?
RSVP collection is included on all plans. Guests can respond yes/no/maybe with a guest count. You get a notification for each response and can view all RSVPs anytime.
Is there a refund policy?
If we haven't started building your site yet, we'll issue a full refund. Once we've sent you a preview, we offer one round of revisions to make sure you're happy. We want you to love your site.
Can I use this for a business event?
Absolutely. Our platform works great for company milestones, retirements, fundraisers, and team celebrations. Choose 'Other' on the event type and tell us about it.
