Tell us about your event
Fill out our short form — it takes about 5 minutes. Tell us the event type, date, who it's for, and any details you want included. Pick a theme that matches your vibe.
Send us your photos
Email us your favorite photos, or we'll send you a simple upload link. Send as many as you'd like — we'll curate them into a beautiful gallery.
Don't have all your photos ready? No problem. We can add more after the site is live.
Review your site
We build your celebration site and send you a preview link. Review everything — the photos, the text, the layout, the theme. Want changes? Just tell us and we'll revise until you're happy.
Go live and share
Once you approve, your site goes live instantly. We'll send you a shareable link and a QR code (with printable table cards and a poster) so guests can find the site at your event.
As guests visit, they can leave guestbook messages (you approve them), RSVP, view photos, and get event details — all from their phone.

Photo Gallery
A beautiful grid layout with full-screen lightbox viewing. Send us your photos and we'll arrange them into a gallery your guests will love browsing. Works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Add as many photos as you'd like — we handle all the cropping, sizing, and optimization.
Interactive Guestbook
Guests leave messages directly on the site — from their phone at the event or from home after. You get a notification for each new message and approve it before it appears. No spam, no inappropriate comments — just heartfelt messages you can look back on for years.
QR Code
We generate a custom QR code for your site and provide printable table cards (4x4") and a full poster (8.5x11") you can display at your event. Guests scan with their phone camera and they're instantly on the site — no typing URLs, no app downloads.
Event Details
Date, time, location with a map link, directions, and an add-to-calendar button. Guests always know where to go and when. Includes RSVP collection — guests respond yes/no/maybe with a guest count, and you get a notification for each response.
Common questions
How long does it take?
Most celebration sites are ready for review within 3-5 business days. Need it faster? Our rush delivery add-on ($49) gets it done in 24-48 hours.
What photos should I send?
Send us your favorites — at least 10-15 for a great gallery. High resolution is best. We'll handle cropping, sizing, and optimization.
Can I make changes after it's live?
Yes. We offer one round of revisions included. Additional changes are just an email away.
What about RSVP and guestbook messages?
You'll receive a notification when someone RSVPs or leaves a guestbook message. Guestbook messages require your approval before they appear on the site.
How do guests access the site?
Via a shareable link or QR code. You can also add password protection if you want to keep it private.
