When you fill out our intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event details, and theme preferences. We use this information solely to build your celebration website and communicate with you about your order.

When guests interact with your celebration site (guestbook messages, RSVPs), we collect the information they voluntarily submit. This data is stored securely and only displayed on your site with your approval.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: build and maintain your celebration website, communicate with you about your order, process payments, and notify you of guestbook messages and RSVPs. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Photos and Content

Photos and content you provide remain your property. We use them solely to build your celebration website. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose. When your site's live period ends and you choose not to renew, your photos are removed from our servers within 90 days.

5. Cookies

Our marketing site (keepsakesites.com) does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Celebration sites may use a cookie for password protection functionality only.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
