1. Service Description
Keepsake Sites ("we," "us," "our") is a done-for-you celebration website service operated by M. Shores Tech, LLC. We build, host, and maintain custom websites for personal celebrations and events.
2. Payment & Pricing
Service is priced as a one-time payment at the rate shown on our pricing page. Payment is due before we begin building your site. Memorial plan renewals ($19/year) are billed annually after the first year. Prices are subject to change but will not affect existing orders.
3. What's Included
Your purchase includes: custom celebration website design, photo gallery setup, interactive guestbook, event details page, RSVP collection, QR code generation, hosting for the duration specified by your plan, and one round of revisions. Additional pages and add-ons are available for separate purchase.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes one round of revisions after the initial preview is delivered. A revision round may include changes to text, photo arrangement, theme selection, and page content. Additional revision rounds or ongoing content changes beyond the included round may be subject to an additional fee. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding.
5. Site Duration
Celebration sites remain live for 6 months from launch. Season sites remain live for 12 months. Memorial sites remain live indefinitely with annual renewal. After the live period, all sites are archived as a permanent static page. Live periods can be extended for an additional fee.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you provide to us. You represent that you have the right to use all content you submit. We are not responsible for content submitted by guests through the guestbook or RSVP features, though you control what is published through our moderation tools.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to host content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
8. Refunds
Full refunds are available if we have not begun building your site. Once a preview has been delivered, we offer one round of revisions to ensure satisfaction. No refunds are issued after you approve the final site for launch.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for your order.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect existing orders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
